This issue of INSAF Bulletin is Dedicated to Dr. Asghar Ali Engineer (1939-2013), the Contributing Editor of this Bulletin.
In the articles that follow, there will be repetition; however, they reflect the sentiments of the authors and no attempt has been to edit these articles. Tributes to Dr. Engineer have also appeared in several newspapers and periodicals such as Outlook India, Tehelka magazine, Deccan Herald, Dawoodi Bohra Forum and so on.
